For #investors interested in the #Accra real estate market in Ghana, West Africa, there are some considerations, particularly if you are looking at this market for income generation rather than long-term capital appreciation.

The Accra Development Pipeline Report by Pan-African Real Estate Data Company, Estate Intel, from Q2 of 2022 indicates that vacancy rates in the prime #residential sector of the Accra #property market are at 20%.

With that said, Knight Frank's 2022/23, The #Africa Report, indicated that 2022 residential yields in #Ghana sit at around at just under 9%, ranking 6th in the world for annual global rental yield.

Our outlook is however one of, cautious optimism.
